Projects

What we build

A look at the kinds of AI systems we design and deliver. These are representative solutions, and real client case studies will be added here as projects are published.

Capability showcase

Example solutions, not client case studies. These cards show how we typically approach each problem. They don’t describe a specific client or claim specific results.

Example solution

AI document assistant

Problem

Employees lose time hunting through wikis, PDFs, and shared drives for answers that already exist somewhere in the company.

Approach

A retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) assistant that indexes your internal knowledge base, answers questions in plain language, and cites the source documents behind every answer. Access controls keep people limited to the documents they're allowed to see, and an evaluation set tracks answer quality over time.

Tech used

  • Python
  • LangChain
  • Anthropic Claude
  • PostgreSQL + pgvector
  • FastAPI
  • React
Example solution

Customer support automation agent

Problem

Support teams spend much of their day on repetitive tickets such as order status, password resets, and policy questions, while complex issues wait in the queue.

Approach

An AI agent connected to the help desk and internal systems that classifies incoming tickets, drafts or sends answers for routine requests using approved knowledge, and hands off to a human with a summary when a case needs judgment. Every action is logged, and confidence thresholds are configurable.

Tech used

  • Python
  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic Claude
  • FastAPI
  • Help desk & CRM APIs
  • Docker
Example solution

Predictive analytics dashboard

Problem

Decisions about inventory, staffing, or sales pipeline are based on spreadsheets and gut feel, and the data needed to forecast is spread across several systems.

Approach

A data pipeline that consolidates and cleans historical data, machine learning models that forecast key metrics with uncertainty ranges, and a web dashboard that shows forecasts alongside actuals. Models are retrained on a schedule and monitored for drift.

Tech used

  • Python
  • PyTorch
  • PostgreSQL
  • FastAPI
  • React
  • AWS
